Hong Kong Designers are DIRT

I am studying Graphic Design. As a Hong Konger who has lived here for 19 years, I have realised that Design, especially the flat designers, don't be paid well in Hong Kong.
The employers usually have a mindset i.e design is an easy job, so it can be a low pay job, or you should be no pay or bad pay if you are the young ones.
We cannot blame them; it is not their fault. It is about the Gov't.
The HK Gov't doesn't put supply on creative development; it is how a typical stupid financial city plays its role.
