As an artist myself (actor, acting teacher and writer) I too struggle with the "making art for a living" and "making a living". I'm one of the fortunate ones that can make art (my writing) and still make a living (by teaching actors). And I'm married to an amazing woman that supports our life because she too has gainful employment, as well as a decent side business in alternative healing.
