Art is everywhere

Literally. If you enter the Venice Biennale, the things you can see there are not much different than the things your own child might produce, should s/he be left alone with some household items.
My son produced that today, around 3PM. What's the minimum age for the artists to take part in the Biennale, does anybody know?
