One day I was seeing the pattern of red flowers from a tablecloth on the table, and when I looked up I saw the same pattern covering the ceiling, the windows and finally all over the room, my body and the universe. I felt as if I had begun to self-destruct, to turn in the infinity of time and the absolute of space, while reducing myself to nothing. When I realized that it was really happening and not just in my imagination, I got scared. I knew that I had to flee threatened with being deprived of my life by the spell of the red flowers. I ran up the stairs in desperation. The steps beneath me began to crumble and I fell down the stairs, twisting my ankle.

In 1957 she moved to New York in 1957, where she met Donald Judd, Andy Warhol, Claes Oldenburg, and Joseph Cornell, marking a milestone in his artistic career. She has exhibited her works in numerous countries and some samples of her work are in the collections of the most prestigious museums in the world such as the Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art in New York, Walker Art Center, in Minnesota, Phoenix Art Museum, in Arizona United States, the Los Angeles County Museum of Art, the Tate Modern in London, the Stedelijk Museum in Amsterdam, Centre Pompidou in Paris and the National Museum of Modern Art in Tokyo.

The points are solid and infinite. They are a way of life. Sun, moon, stars are hundreds of millions of points. Each human being is also a point. Points cannot exist by themselves, they can only exist when they meet each other. I completely admire their infinity and am deeply moved by the great presence of the universe, which is filled with mysterious power. I feel happy when I do my works when I write poetry and paint pictures. I am also happy when I contemplate the blue sky, observe the open sea, or meet wonderful people. I am grateful for the moment when I feel that I can contribute something to society and can commit myself to it as an artist.
