RE: I never look at my watch when I sketch
Nice art man! Dis you create your avatar the same way, i like it man it hasa rasta feel to it. Followed you hope you follow me too, i made a portrait last week with a rasta feel to it too check this out https://steemit.com/arttrailcontest4/@errymil/art-trail-contest-4-my-very-1st-self-portrait-painting
I see your portrait - I have a friend that does similar things. Can you tell us - how much hours for do such a paint
Why thank you. I followed u as well. It used to take me a lot of hours but with passion and practice takes me 4 to 8 hrs max, 2 session mostly.
do you eventually do it for others - if yes... how much could a portrait cost
Good question. For two years i have been trying to figure it out, before because i wanted to colloect more for my self most of my co worker orders and i name the price and they dont complain then i sticked with one price after that asking them it dependes in the size, now recently i price my work per square inch, i charge 50 cents per square inch and seems resonable then if its too much input it down to 45 cents or 40 cents. I dont have much artwork at home due to orders from co worker but its ok cause i buy more supplies and some bitcoin for my sales. Never put your price down, if not raise it up more, its gives it more value to collectors. I gove some for free for patients and special friends, families and for gifts
How about you? How do you sell yours?
