I grew up in an environment which unfortunately didn't encourage self-expression and I've always sought freedom. Maybe this is the reason why I'm so eager to paint birds as a symbol of liberty.

This woman finally found herself and feels content with her life. She is totally calm and thoughtful. She went through a lot but now she understood that it all happened for a reason.
I am not sure if the bird is landing or taking off as based on that I could think about my interpretation.
If it is taking off then I would say that because she accepted everything, all her sorrows are now flying away..
If it is landing on her shoulder I would say that because she is now in harmony, the nature turns to her and she becomes connected with it as well..
Or something like that :)

As an artist, I usually receive images that I am not always able to understand or put words on it... But your vision makes so much sense to me and as a personal reflection also encourage me that I am probably on the right track... Love it ❤

I found it in 2007 when the price per trimester was around 3.300 USD. Now it is around 5.500... it raises to quick. Every year more and more. I doubt that I can afford it in the next 10 years and not with normal working.

nah its ok, I am sorry that I am complaining. I just wish the good academies wouldnt be so expensive. How did you acchieve to pay for it??

I understand that situation well, art is encouraged but only as a hobby and nothing more than that. I like this picture, the person and the bird that are facing opposite direction seems to speak about opposing forces or reality.
