Old car drawing / Fiat 500 Topolino 1939
I am Estonian self taught artist, 20 years old, I started drawing when i was 10 years old. Drawing is very important thing for me, it makes me feel good. This picture is commissioned by my school teacher who owns this car. Picture is on A3 sized paper and used Faber-Castell Polychromos pencils, white calligraphy pen and some black markers.
Step 1.
Most important thing on drawings is sketching.
Step 2.
Make sure you have quality pencils and markers, also paper, otherwise quality of drawing is not the best. I cant draw with cheap pencils.
Step 3.
Make sure you make reflections for the car, otherwise it doesn’t look realistic.
Step 4.
Make sure that you achieve similar colors on your drawing to reference photo. And it is just that simple, it is done!
