My full collection of mixed media art pieces from Rome
I made a series of art pieces in Rome where I walked around the city and brought art supplies, a large piece of paper and sat down to paint/draw. The art pieces that I created focused on combining elements of architecture and space from the past and the present.
The collages were a good medium for exploring this. I used watercolors, oil pastels, pencil, pen and many more tools for drawing. The style is very rough and sketchy, but it still maintains the accurate perspective lines and space.
