Forward

Hi All,
Sharing with you my latest drawing 'Forward'.
Getting caught up in our every day craze, we tend to forget everything is temporary. So whether you're going through a rough patch or the happiest you've ever been, embrace the day, embrace the lessons and try and always look forward. For some, it may be forward to a better tomorrow, for others it may be for moments worth never forgetting.

In this particular drawing, I was torn with how to convey my message so I ended up with a few variations. I'll be sharing with you all a part 2 to this post with the other piece I was working on in my next post so keep an eye for it and you all can give me your feedback.

Follow below as I share my steps of the drawing 'Forward'

Started the sketch with some light hatching mostly to lay out where I'll come back to fill in shading for form. I rarely do a simple line layout. I like to shade as I see the figure come to life to help me see the final product.

After I'm done with the pencil drawing phase, I bring into Photoshop to work in the background.

I continue to add and subtract lines and definition with my mouse as I go, and finally end with blending into the back and adjust any lighting for more intensity.
