Inktober day 10: PATTERN
I have returned after a couple of days of Inktober leave, as today's word is something I simply cannot miss out on.
While I an working on a larger piece that would be perfect for today's topic (@veryspider knows of it, but she will never tell!), it would not feel right to post it in an unfinished form, so here is something else:

I drew a Sierpinsky gasket, which to me gives a very pleasing repeating pattern, stuck a Penrose Triangle in the middle, and coloured it all using a size 4 Gold Line acrylic brush and blue, purple and yellow ink. The Penrose Triangle and the constituents of the Sierpinsky gasket were first sketched and pencil and then traced with a Faber-Castell pitt pen.
