RE: # MODELLING_3 : ''Lowpoly Stylized House'' in MAYA
I definitely give it a try when I go deeper into real time game art. The latest animated feature film was "Capt'n Sharky", which I have worked on it as texture artist. It will released in October 2018. It's a film for kids after a children's book. But I think outside of Germany not many people know it. There are only some leaked images and a teaser on the internet but they do not represent the final look of the film. But at the end.. it was a "low" budget production in comparison to Pixar or Dreamworks. :D But the other animated feature films, I've worked on are a bit more popular and look a bit better. "Die Haeschenschule / Rabbit School" (as modeling artist (for probs) and texture artist (for probs and characters). "The 7th Dwarf" as texture artist (for characters).
I think it is such a good opportunity to be able to work for a animated film. I will give it a look when its out hehehe. Yeah probably it is not known that much out of germany but i can speak german. At least i used to :D i was in Vienna for few years when i was studying in college. I was in Tecnhishe Universitat Wien. I am not speaking german for years but i know what Haeschenschule is :D. I am really impressed with your work on the animation films, good for you ^_^ . My biggest dream is to work for blizzard but i am far from it . Havent gave up thou :)
You speak a bit german?... that's cool! Not because german is a nice language but because it's hard to learn.
Never give up your dreams. A lot of wonderful things is possible if you stay focused and learn day by day. my dream as teenager was to become an 3D artist because I was very impressed by the first 3D animated movies and computer games and would create those things for my own. And a few years later this dream became true. The most things I know about computer graphics especially 3D I've learned as an autodidact. I sat hours and hours in front of my PC and learned step by step. Most of my friends at this time didn't understood that I've did what I did. But I was so fascinated by the possibilities to create everything I would on my computer. Ok... I'm talking too much. The point is... stay tuned, work hard and you will reach your goals.
