Sketch of the Day. Water fountain

Today I want to share with you a sketch I did this Sunday morning in the Castro mountain. A park near my house located in Vigo. Spain.

Its a typical statue with the popular theme lf thw people of the sea. There are lots of monuments like this around the city. Thats because its a city with a big fishing industry.always was and always will be..
This morning it was sunny and hot. i found the perfect spot with shadow below a tree and started the drawing with ink.
I draw it with orange ink and then added watercolors.
Finally i added black touches in the shadowy areas.
