"Carpet Community" Architecture Project
Good morning, do you remember me? I'm back in token form!
Today I want to share with you an architectural project that I developed in the university during the third semester.
I hope you like it very much and support me with your megaliiiike.
Here we go:
The project was named: "Carpet Community", which refers to an urban connection between a certain point something forgotten and the immediate surroundings of a city that grows in leaps and bounds and forgets certain depressed points of its infrastructure and sovereignty.
Location schemes:
That is to say, we needed to connect a community or a neighborhood, with the city and create a sense of belonging through the public space and we would do it through a building that we will see later.
So we began to conceive the design of the building:
We have a vacant space and we start with a basic volume, now how to respond to the environment?
When we found ourselves in a sloping terrain, we decided to dock the building's cover, and thus respond to the determinants of rain and wind.
This helps us to generate a direct connection of the city with the neighborhood and the ecological structure present in the periphery, ie: the cover to take the shape of the ground allowed us to create a space passable and permanence, in this case, the volume is not a limited A barrier, but a platform that invites the Community and visitors to participate in its public and private space.
This is how the cover of the building was conceived
These are first approximations in three dimensions (3d) in the behavior of the deck and its morphology.

preliminary draft
At this point in the project, we had defined the public space, the location and the urban treatment that we would give to the project and how it would be beneficial for the community. Now we were missing details of facades, and give meaning to the interior spaces to be interrelated with the appearance and operation of the building at the exterior level.
