Trippy Thursday - A SHORT TRIP THROUGH THE LONG AND BORING WINTER NIGHT
It's another long winter night in the small seaside town ...
... the place I'm kind of stuck in ...
... the year is 2001 ... 2007 ... or something in between ... and I'm seating on the toilet seat that someone left in front of an old house in my neighborhood for garbage pickers or as an installation art with a shitty message, waiting for something to happen ...
... I don't use much the computer at this time, I'm not used to it and doesn't seem much fun to me, never tried a video game except the old games in the bars and those gaming places in the late eighties ... no social networks that I'm aware of ... not a trace of the virtual life savers I'm using now during the winter ...
... just me and the deep melancholia of this catatonic place ... that looks like the theater set for some Twilight Zone themed stage play ...
... so I just swallowed the little acid paper with Andy Warhol's Merlin Monroe on it to make me see this place in a different light ... and I'm waiting on that surreal toilet for a strange train that picks up passengers at the wee small hours on the crossroads like this one ...
... watching the surrounding details ...
... looking for signs of change ...
... and soon ...
... the reality explodes ...
... along with my relieved mind ...
... and I'm ready ...
(Enlargeable )
... to pick up these colorful shrapnel ...
... and rearrange them ...
... in a set ...
... of new ...
... refreshing impressions ...
... under the unknown firmament ...
... made of alien stars ...
... a funny little fact :) these stars were actually the little Christmas lamps above the promenade along the port ... and the biggest one was the moon, our old good, usual moon ...
... the things became alive ...
... and started ...
... talking to me ...
... in strange forgotten languages ...
... made of flashing lights ...
... and mysterious signs ...
... didn't understand much, really ...
... but I enjoyed the conversation ...
... I had flaming visions ...
... and in the port ...
... I found the portal ... to the bottom of the sea ... it was just a billboard really ... advertising diving excursions ... but this simple piece of touristic promotion ... brought me to some unexplored depths ...
... when I surfaced ...
... I was ...
... on the little square ...
... in the town's center ...
... in the middle ...
... of a carnival ...
... some alien astronauts just landed ...
... and the place looked ...
... like the Star Wars cantina ...
( Enlargeable )
... or a restaurant ...
... at the end of universe ...
... I was standing there ...
... amazed ...
... surrounded by colorful characters ...
... when the bizarre trial began ...
... two funny judges were there ...
... and someone was sentenced to burn to death ...
... while the audience was laughing ...
... I started to run ...
... with that creepy laughter ...
... still echoing ...
... in my head ...
... while the world ...
... was slowly ...
... changing ...
... turning ...
... into its usual shapes ... colors ...
... and meanings ...
... on my way back ...
... I picked up many strange roses ... including this beautiful blue one ... but when I was finally home ... all of them disappeared ... THE END
As always in these trips on Steemit, all the photographs, photoshop edits, collagues and absolutelyy all visual materials - are my work.

Thank you :)
A bit too dark and melancholic for me but still very interesting and creative :)
