Pointillist Impressionist Oil Painting of an English Cocker Spaniel
I love the impressionists because of the way they are able to create visual effects with dappled paint and broken colours. Here is a little painting of my pet doggy, where I've made use of a pointillist technique. She's an English Cocker Spaniel, so it seems fitting to have Big Ben as a backdrop.
Pointillism is one of the most difficult techniques to use because it takes considerable time. Am glad you took time to make out this gorgeous piece.
