Kevin Spacey's Agency And Publicist Have Dropped Him

As more allegations mount against Spacey, CAA and Polaris have "parted ways" with the actor.

In the wake of numerous affirmations of sexual unfortunate behavior, a source affirmed to BuzzFeed News on Thursday that CAA, Kevin Spacey's long-term organization, and additionally his marketing expert Staci Wolfe of Polaris, have dropped the on-screen character. The primary allegation was from performing artist Anthony Rapp, who revealed to BuzzFeed News in a story distributed Sunday that Spacey had made a lewd gesture toward him when he was 14 years of age.

From that point forward, various different informers have approached, including an anonymous craftsman who disclosed to New York magazine Thursday that he and Spacey had a sexual relationship when he was 14 and Spacey was 24. In their last experience, the man affirmed, Spacey endeavored to assault him. In an email, Spacey's legal counselor disclosed to New York that the performing artist "totally denies" the charges.

Spacey's legal advisor did not quickly react to BuzzFeed News' ask for a remark.

Spacey has featured on Netflix's House of Cards since 2013. On Monday, Netflix declared the show's 6th season, which had recently started recording, would be its last. At that point on Tuesday, as more claims started to turn out, Netflix and the show's maker, Media Rights Capital, reported they were suspending creation "to give us an opportunity to survey the present circumstance and to address any worries of our cast and team."

BuzzFeed News addressed a long-term individual from the House of Cards group on Wednesday who said nobody is anticipating that the show should return. Netflix and MRC did not quickly react to a demand for input on the status of the show.
