Focus the Universe (Original Art)

Accessing energy through the process of Art.

I was drawing this piece at a hostel in Fiji. I was not in a very social space and felt like an alien looking in on other human's various holiday antics. I was staying in a dorm room and meditating twice a day facing the wall for an hour each time. I was in a quiet internal state of healing and being.

I sat apart from people and began to draw this piece from the centre outwards. Noticing my anti-social behaviour made me aware of my low energy; I did not feel to engage with anybody.

As I drew the concentric circles in the middle I suddenly had the energy to engage with my fellow travellers and not only one or two but many as I drew a group of people around me socially connecting them all in a free flow of energy. 

The stark contrast was perplexing as my energy was contracted and contained a moment ago and after a period of focused circular line drawing my heart was open and I was a clear channel for the unconditional love of the universe. A channel opened through the process of Art.
