Very often they ask how I manage to do everything I want to do? Learn, draw, read books, embroider and all that sort of thing. Duck here, I'll have to dispel all the myths - I do not have time 🙈

So many plans, so many ideas for work, so many orders - and I just do not have enough time, plus there is a huge laziness on one shoulder, which wants to press me to the sofa and not let it go by its weight 😒

Sometimes I just have to force myself to do something, but more often in an attempt to catch everything I've dreamed of - I sleep only 4 hours a day 😴🤭

But at the same time there are practically no cases on my list that can not be canceled, and to give this time to something else. Sometimes people misunderstand the notion of rest. It's for them to lie down, watch TV, hang in social networks, without hammering their heads with complex information, but only getting a finished product. But rest can and should be useful, because in fact it is a change of human activity. Just instead of a TV, you can once again occupy yourself with creative work or reading a book. Therefore, to say that "I like to draw, but I do not have time for this" - it's silly. Perhaps you just have not set your priorities that way. In instagrame there are a lot of profiles of women with one or several children who are engaged in something interesting and at the same time are cool bloggers. Do you think they have a lot of time?

Of course, this does not apply to those who work 24/7. It's more about those who are used to finding excuses 😌

Очень часто спрашивают, как я успеваю делать все, что хочу? Учиться, рисовать, читать книги, вышивать и все в этом роде. Дак вот, придётся развеять все мифы - я не успеваю🙈 Столько планов, столько идей для работ, столько заказов - а у меня просто не хватает времени, плюс на одном плече сидит огромная лень, которая своим весом хочет придавить меня к дивану и не отпускать 😒 Иногда мне просто приходится заставлять себя что-то делать, но чаще всего в попытке успеть все задуманное - я сплю всего 4 часа в сутки 😴🤭
Но при этом в моем списке практически нет дел, которые нельзя отменить, и уделить это время чему-то другому. Порой люди неправильно относятся к понятию отдых. Для них это полежать, посмотреть телевизор, зависнуть в соц сетях, не забивая свою голову сложной информацией, а лишь получая готовый продукт. Но отдых может быть и должен быть полезным, ведь по сути это смена деятельности человека. Просто вместо телевизора можно лишний раз занять себя творческой работой или прочтением книги. Поэтому говорить, что «мне нравится рисовать, но у меня нет на это времени» - глупо. Возможно, вы просто не так расставили приоритеты. В инстаграме есть куча профилей женщин с одним или несколькими детьми, которые занимаются чем-то интересным и при этом являются крутыми блогерами. Вы думаете у них много времени ?
Конечно, это не относится к тем, кто работает 24/7. Это скорее про тех, кто привык искать себе отговорки 😌
