To do this anonymity is a good idea.
We can pm our real name to those we know or trust through Facebook, Twitter or wherever.
I need control of a certain amount of anonymity to say:
Milissa Morris, RN DHS Randolph county has promised to arrange for 3 DME providers to bid a ceiling track lift system and a small bathroom modification 4 months ago.
I left a voice mail for her on Monday and my son sent her an email today, asking her to call.
Or Presidential Conversions took Medicaid money for our Volker bed and used it as capitol for almost 8 weeks. Our bed was shrink wrapped by the loading doc for a month, said Mr. Volker owner of Volker beds. Mr Volker said all they were waiting for was payment.
I was fortunate to talk with him as he described the bed that was ready to ship. Presidential had substituted a smaller than twin and a headboard that didn't have the slates on the top we were counting on for transfers.
Mr. Volker returned that bed to stock and sent us the exact bed Medicaid paid for.
We called Medicaid Fraud.
Presidential Conversions, Jonesboro AR are the only place to get wheelchair vans serviced.
We made them mad, so mad that they ceased taking our calls on the expensive Permobile c 300 they procured for us.
Wouldn't you like to know this before you take them your business? I don't want you going through the same.
Wherever we can decide on to post our Arkansas disability complaints and warnings, lets do it. It's important we do it soon as,
We are being asked to accept providers with little to no review of a program which no one seems to understand.

Now it the time to review services between ourselves without fear of retribution or recrimination.

Share my blog with other who you know are part of the disability community, not part of a service or program provider or agent.
I have already found out the hard way we can't force some of these service providers to uphold their end of a bargain.
I have tried and failed at both Focus and Abilities Unlimited.
They are 100% unaccountable to us, the end users.

My grandfather often said, "If you want something done right, do it yourself".
Wouldn't it be better if we had reviews to avoid doing and dealing with headaches. By advising each other we can act as one.
