Did you know when they built the World tallest " Twin Towers " in Asia (sorry; damn unreliable memory) [maybe Taiwan ???] they could not do it except by creating a competition between to rival groups...
The Korean's dislike the Japanese etc, so the project managers created a competition between rival cultures to profit and have their skyscrapers built in record time and without industrial delay...
