Renovation of a house of the 70s
The architects of Casa14 Arquitectura, based in Sao Paulo, started from a dilapidated 1970s house that was dark, dark and with a tiny garden, to realize this sublime renovation, modern bathed in light, with contemporary aesthetics.
A building of 100 m2 unused was destroyed to enlarge the outdoor spaces. The glass and the play of shadows and light are very present to make the habitat pleasant to live. The living spaces have been open-plan to facilitate the circulation.
