Minimalistic church
White space is luxury, emptiness is reassurance, symmetry is beauty.
That's why when I heard about this church in Copenhagen, I knew that it was worth taking in the longer bike ride for it. Of course I even did this twice, as it was already closed on the first day. Probably should have looked up the opening time before hand. But, the day after I was alone in this fascinating church and took dozens of photos and videos. It was worth it. What do you think?

Weißraum ist Luxus, Leere ist Beruhigung, Symmetrie ist Schönheit.
Deswegen habe ich gewusst, als ich in Kopenhagen von dieser Kirche gehört habe, dass es wert ist die längere Radfahrt dafür aufzunehmen. Dies machte ich sogar zwei mal, da sie am ersten Tag schon geschlossen war. Am Tag danach war ich jedoch alleine in dieser faszinierenden Kirche und habe dutzende Fotos und Videos gemacht. Ich finde es schön, was sagt ihr?

Geniales Bild, Wie schaffst du es, dass kein einziger Mensch im Bild ist?
hmmm.... ich würde ja jetzt gerne erzählen dass ich dafür ganz eigene Ticks habe oder private Türsteher haben die mir dann die Bude leer halten. Aber es war tatsächlich einfach keiner da. Ich war die ersten 10min dort sicher alleine.

Ich glaube ohne Bestuhlung wäre das noch eindrucksvoller gewesen.
Aber mir geht es ähnlich wie dir: diese barocken überdekorierten Kirchen sind zwar imposant aber "zu viel" als wollten sie Betrachter mit der Macht der Kirche einschüchtern. Obwohl es auch Kirchen mit viel Schmuck gibt die mir gefallen. Im Norddeutschen, zwischen Bremen und Hamburg, gibt es ein paar sogenannte Bauerndome - ruhig mal weiter lesen + Bilder anschauen, auch vom geschichtlichen Kontext zur Entstehung interessant :)
