Ancient Pillar, Hoa Lu Ancient Capital, Ninh Binh 🇻🇳
This ancient pillar stands in the grounds of Hoa Lu Ancient Capital in Ninh Binh, Vietnam. I have no idea what the words say or their meaning. For me, I just loved the weathered look of the pillar with the abundance of greenery in the background.
Who has been to Ninh Binh? It has to be one of the most incredible landscapes on the planet. I'm making a video of Ninh Binh. I'll soon share it with you all :)

Something about the sky（ 天）which makes sense at a temple. What are the best places to go in Vietnam? I've only been to HCMC and the Mekong Delta. Both were awesome places.
Ah the Sky! that does make sense :) thanks. There are so many places to visit, my favourites are Ha Long Bay, Ninh Binh, Hanoi, Hoi An, Da Lat to name a few. Spoiled for choice here in Vietnam.
Why Hanoi? People talk a lot about there, but when I went to Saigon, and maybe there's just an obvious reason for it, everybody was like "No, don't go there! It is boring like all government cities."
Why not? Hanoi is a beautiful ancient city filled with life everywhere you look. Certainly not boring. A lot of people that live in Saigon see Hanoi as government run, but it's not the 1970's anymore. It's freer than before and like I said, a beautiful place.
I agree with you that the weathered pillar looks incredible.
Looks very old and meaningful. But who knows maybe someone who knows that language will comment!
