Sad that our river has sub-consciously turned into a drain. Good approach, some solutions may be needed to change public perception so that these ideas can be implemented. If pop-up events could draw public interest to it as the river is cleaned up, slowly public involvement would increase perhaps. Not too sure what Melaka town did to revitalize their river, need to check how successful theirs was. Could be a precedence.
like the idea of pop-up events. educative and informative for public and the eyes and ears of the local authority as well. Perhaps the park(ing) initiative could be one of it, however really like to push it as soon as possible after done with my work. Im not sure about how Malacca did it too, but would like to know how both Kuala Lumpur River or life and Malacca did it.
