This looks really nice, a bit like a scotch-egg. Unfortunately for me my French is really rusty, as I left Europe over forty five years ago. I will try to translate though. It will give me a motivation to work at the library. If you can read this, today at @boladayl I gave a comment in which I gave a recipe for a cake made with nil egg, butter or milk. 60's from a expat English hippie out of Peshawar. Keep on keeping on.😇 I will follow, and hope you do know enough English to add ingredients for future recipes.
