Today we talk about  a new law , the law  known to the Moroccan society or the so-called law against sexual harassment against women, which will enter into effect on 12 September 2018

This law has criminalized a number of acts related to the phenomenon of sexual harassment against women and as a way to publish images of people without their consent and without their knowledge on social media  sites, Facebook,whatsapa

The law gave a broad definition of violence against women, including sexual violence, physical violence, psychological violence and even economic violence, so that it defined violence against women as any moral or material act or even an act that causes harm to women ; Physical violence that affects women's physical integrity, By any means and by any means, this is an important point in the law ; Sexual violence is any statement, act or exploitation that would violate the sanctity of the woman's body to sexual temptations, whatever the means used

To all those harassing girls, the law says that the perpetrator of the crime of sexual harassment is punished with imprisonment for one to six months or  a 2000 dh fine to 10,000 dirhams

I advise all young people to avoid harassment against girls because the law is punishable by harassment ; Harassment includes harassment in public spaces by means of sexual acts or statements or indications of a sexual nature for sexual exploitation

Prove that the crime of harassment is based on proof and prove it must be racist or flagrant witnesses and guidance difficult things to investigate this new law

السلام عليكم 

اليوم سنتحدت عن مستجد جديد وهو المستجد   الدي عرفه المجتمع المغربي او ما يسمى بقانون ضد اتحرش الجنسي ضد المراة  الدي سيدخل حيز التنفيد ابتداءا من 12 شتنبر 2018 

هدا القانون الدي قام بتجريم مجموعة من الافعال المتعلقة  بظاهرة التحرش الجنسي ضد المراة و كدلك نشر صور اشخاص دون موافقتهم ودون علمهم على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي سواء الفيسبوك وكدلك واتساب 

القانون اعطى تعريفا واسعا للعنف ضد المراة  والدي  يشمل عنفا جنسيا ,جسديا وعنفا نفسيا وحتى العنف الاقتصادي, بحيث  انه عرف العنف ضد المراة بانه هو كل فعل معنوي او مادي او حتى امتناع  يسبب للمراة ضررا حيث  ان العنف الجسدي الدي يمس السلامة الجسدية للمراة اين كان مرتكبه وباي وسيلة وباي مكان وهده تعتبر نقطة مهمة بهدا القانون اما العنف الجنسي هو كل قول او فعل او استغلال  من شانه المساس بحرمة جسد المراة لاغراءات  جنسية ايما  كانت الوسيلة المستعملة في دلك 

الى كل المتحرشين بالفتيات يقول القانون في هدا الصدد بان مرتكب جريمة التحرش الجنسي يعاقب بالحبس من شهر الى ستة اشهر اوغرامة 2000 درهم الى 10000 درهم 

انصح جميع الشباب باجتناب التحرش ضد االفتيات لان القانون يعاقب على دلك ,التحرش يشمل المضايقة في الفضاءات العمومية بافعل او اقوال او اشارات جنسية دات طبيعة جنسية لاستغلال جنسي 

اثبات جريمة التحرش تستند الى اثبات ولاثباتها لابد من عنصري التلبس او الشهود  وهده اشياء صعبة التحقيق في هدا القانون الجديد
