Fractional Tokens
Every NFT of the property will hold metadata with the information on the title deed concerning area and property value will derive the Number of Fractional tokens and value of each Fractional Token. This token will allow the owner to claim ownership proofroofhe the property, Vote for the governance of the property, claim returns on the property and any capital appreciation or depreciation on the value of the property as per market trends.
Secondary Sale of Fractional Tokens
Secondary trade of the Fractional tokens currently will be via the aqarchain platform as an OTC. Then, it will work with
exchanges to list these fractional tokens for trading.
Crowdfunding
Fractional tokens from each property NFT will be available for purchase by accredited investors and investors after successfully passing KYC compliance. Fractional token purchases will be made through crypto-assets such as (BTC, ETH, BNB, XTZ, USDT, USDC and native AQR Tokens). There will be additional discounts offered for purchases with AQR tokens.
AQR Token
The native utility token of the AqarChain platform is QAR. The token master contract will be in ETH with a bridge to POS
