Writing To Figure Myself Out: Bipolar Thoughts

Writing has always helped me work through my emotional issues, relationship stuff, etc. I wrote about my Struggles with Social Anxiety a while ago and it helped clarify some things and I got some helpful suggestions as well. I've been feeling really out of sorts lately (really not feeling like... me) and I finally thought that maybe doing some writing would help me find some sort of realizations as to what is up with me.

Walk With Me at DeSoto Falls

One of the favorite things my wife and I enjoy doing when we have the time is to take day trips to the North Georgia Mountains to hike to the many waterfalls that can be found there. On this particular trip, we settled on DeSoto Falls located just north of Dahlonega, GA and the night before we laid out meticulous plans, packed a lunch, checked the weather, and we were determined to be on the road by 8am. The next day we were on the road promptly at 11:30 am.....what's the saying about the best laid plans....anyways, we're off!

In my previous post here, I presented some of the typical Chinese breakfast you can get when traveling to Beijing. Every province has their own specialty, so what you get in Beijing is different from what you get in XiAn, Guangzhou or Hong Kong. But since Beijing is the capital of China, what you can get here can be a variety of different kinds of breakfast in China.
