Actually, I don’t think Samsung, of all companies, can be used as an example here. They have so many different models that compete with each other. It’s true that the iPhone 8 competes with iPhone X but its the first time thyley have done something like that and it’s probably in preparation to kill off the traditional iPhone line completely.
