Does it really work like that? I was sure that iCloud itself is secure enough and stores all my data under reliable protection systems. I googled more info about iCloud like this https://setapp.com/how-to/how-to-manage-icloud-storage-on-mac, but there's more about how to store, delete, upload, manage free space, and all that stuff. Useful info, but not a word about this function. Good thing I found this post!
