Damn 3000! for the power. My airbnb apartment here in Guayaquil Ecuador is just $240 USD a month all included. But then again, I don't think you want to live in Guayaquil Ecuador! What a beautiful place you have. So happy for you!

    Thanks for your kind reply it will be nice when it's all done but the scenery is awesome and with many lakes in the area , the fishing is fantastic for Rainbow Trout!!😄👍
