... my entire life. My long time followers have read about my fitness journey on Steemit but now I’m sharing some insights and inspirations here on APPICS!
You might know that dancing was or still is a big passion of mine but life got busy and there isn’t just enough time to hit the dance floor anymore.
For me optimum health requires the mind, physical body and spirit to be in balance ⚖️ So I started working out and lifting weights in order to stay fit! I’m really happy with that choice because I can’t make excuses, there is always a way to push a quick workout into your schedule even if you’re traveling.
Let’s start to motivate and inspire one another! 2020 I’m ready, what about you?
This year I'm focussing on yoga and stretching and some core exercises...

Great work. Love the quote and mindset. The body os your temple and one of our greatest gifts.. We need to respect it. And yes in order to be in balance it is more than just the physical, but it is part of the mind body and soul trifecta.
You Are so right, mind body and spirit working in perfect harmony and balance is a great thing or goal to achieve especially now as many people are starting or trying to stay on track with New Year fitness resolutions! You are an awesome dancer and im sure staying fit in "mind, body and spirit" is a huge part of that in-between dancing. THANKS for all the inspiration, at 56 I need it some days, lol! Thank you for the love, Karen! People always make New Years resolutions but only a few stick to it. The motivation comes from the mind. Anything is possible if you believe in it!

Same over here! I just love food. But I realized that my health is more important than my cravings. I’m feeling so much better since I changed my diet but of course I won’t skip my favorite meals or desserts 😌
Haha yes I feel you. Same here too. Changed my diet changed my life. Gluten free too. And I have a routine of at least 2-3 times a week to work out, and you feel great with a plan like this, at least I do. Thanks for the inspiration my friend. Be well

Hit the gym 5 times a week for 12 years. It is now impossible to stop, as I'll feel bad immediately:p. It was a bit rough at first when starting our Blockchain business and also working in the space sector, but learning to make more efficient workouts and time-box in order to set aside the same hours for it every week made it a lot easier!
I totally agree with you! You can always push a workout into your schedule no matter how busy you are. 💪
