Noodles Egg Cake

Today I will share a simple and delicious noodle egg cake for everyone
Noodles are a favorite pasta of the northern Chinese, and they are the staple food of many people every day. Eating noodles alone is a bit boring, and I have made some improvements here to make it taste more delicious and nutritious, especially for children.
Ingredients:
1: noodles (55 g); 2: shallot (8 g); 3: eggs (three); 4: onions (12 g);
5: garlic (5 g); 6: red oil chili sauce (8 g) ; 7: salt (3 g); 8: cumin powder (1 g);
9: oyster sauce (3 g); 10: soy sauce (2 g); 11: white sugar (1 g); 12: vegetable oil (10 g).
Step:
1: Chop garlic, onions and shallot;
2: Separate the egg yolk and egg white, then add egg white, salt and cumin powder to the bowl and mix well;
3: Pour the water into the pot and boil, then add the noodles to the simmer for 1.5 minutes, then remove and cool in cold water;
4: Remove the noodles and drain the water, then pour the egg white on the noodles and mix well;
5: Pour the vegetable oil into the pot and heat to 30%, then pour in onion, garlic, red pepper sauce, oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar and shallot, stir fry for 2 minutes;
6: Put the vegetable oil in the pot and heat it, then frying the noodles for 1 minute, then add the egg yolk and frying for 1 minute (please refer to the video);
7: Finally, finish the sauce on the egg yolk evenly.

Precautions:
1: Please choose fine noodles;
2: After the noodles are cooked, they must be cooled in cold water, so that taste of the noodles will be more glutinous;
3: Use a small fire when fry sauce (please refer to step 5);
4: Reserve the egg yolk space when frying noodles (please refer to step 6);
5: The time for frying noodles and egg yolks should be determined according to the actual situation;
