... well so she is alone. She only has me, my children, and their children. Before if she had health issues, my dad was there for her, but it is now just us.

Mom went in for surgery and needed someone there for her so I did what I could and did not leave her side until my daughter was able to relieve me for a short time. As I left for a short break I turned to see my daughter caress my mother's face. The love I saw between them made me realize I just how lucky I am to have such a loving family.
