[Karnataka, India] Water packed by nature
On my recent trip to India, I went on a road trip from Mangalore to Mysore in Karnataka. It is a beautiful, scenic drive all the way up to Mysore city. Both sides of the road were brimming with enormous mountains and upscale estates.
Midway through the trip, we came across the city of Coorg. Swarming with tourists (since it was around Diwali), this city was a sight to see. Driving towards Mysore, there were a number roadside stalls selling tender coconut, and we just had to stop and drink up some delicious coconut water.

Coconuts are quite amazing, although your variety which is fresh looks different to what we have imported to the UK. Ours have a rock hard dark brown skin which is almost furry - and they are nearly impossible to get into! I like eating the coconut flesh inside. !COFFEEA
