it already depends on the tastes .. you could eat it without making any sauce .. you take it from the head and eat the body .. but here it is sold roasted on a skewer, it is very tasty, or it is prepared wrapped in leaves on a grill with coal ... I did not dare to eat them until I tried and liked it .. and most importantly it is very very good for a cough or flu .. it reinforces a lot
