I pretty much use coconut sugar across the board as standard sweetener in my homemade recipes that require sugar. The coconut sugar and the coconut milk I used to make the golden milk was legit divine. Wasn’t too coconutty (although I love coconut), and even though I also love the taste of turmeric, the taste in the waffles was super balanced. Surprising and definitely delicious. I’m making more this weekend.
