Yeah? Where I am in Japan we’ve had all rain and a few flurries. I don’t mind the cold when there is snow, but when it’s damp and rainy, I get tired of it pretty quickly. Thankfully, though, there is soup and coffee:-)
Not far from where I am, in the mountains, they have plenty of snow—probably too much—but I live within a kilometer of the sea so things tend to stay just warm enough where we don’t get much snow.

I am in Northen BC so it’s alwyas cold enough to snow ;-)
