Looking very tasteful! Hopefully got a day of energy coming up need to fire up the Q again after my stew.
Never shredded meat cold before. Am I reading here better not to do it when cold? Because even when it's still warm, with a decent amount of meat you will feel your arms after your done.
Where did you get the black gloves?
It's much easier to shred when warm because of the fat that is 'liquid' I guess.
I bought the gloves at Hanos. It's a box with 100 gloves in them.
Could be of the fat indeed, not sure.
