... always to get together with grandparents and cousins and have chili for dinner. It sort of changed at some point as me and my siblings got older which is really sad. However, I still find myself thinking of chili as a perfect holiday season meal.
My favorite variation of chili is one my mom used to make with a little bit of Mexican flair. I sort of switched things up from her recipe (sorry mom but I left out the chicken 😜). It's amazing with some homemade cornbread and lots of cilantro of course.
