Absolutely gorgeous photograph thanks to the power outage!
We have these every so often, even have planned outages at times as our power utility have not done their forward planning! Can be quite annoying but often ends up being a nice time to connect with each other ;)
Thanks! It’s been happening more and more here lately. The power grid in most cities of the US are in desperate need of upgrading. You’re right though, it can be a great chance to be without distraction and connect with life again!
Looking at that beautiful moon is a good reward! Sometimes by being locked up in our rooms, stuck to the computer or cell phone, we miss all these gifts that nature and life give us. A beautiful and free show. Good and refreshing Sunday, my friend. ;)
I'm guessing you mean to have been able to take that brilliant midnight moonlight shots? Wow it looks really beautiful, makes me feel that nostalgic feeling about full moon. It's a sweet shot.
Thank you, man! It was almost a full moon and the sky was hazy from Canadian wildfires. The sky was really a spectacular sight. I wish the camera could have caught it exactly as the eye saw it. We miss so much of that now because of the light pollution from streetlights, etc.

The starlight will shine bright at night in the dark sky. Sometimes the dark atmosphere is more romantic than the light conditions. Enjoy what we have, friend. Have a nice day.
