Fried and very crispy onion rings
Ingredients:
120 grams of flour (you can replace it with cornstarch).
8 gr. of salt.
Grated bread.
1 egg.
200 milliliters of milk.
Pepper.
2 or 3 large onions.
Oil for frying.
Preparation mode:
You must cut the onion into thick rings, approximately one centimeter thick, if they are very thin they will only be undone. Separate the hoops by layers being careful not to break them, use only the largest. and reserve the smallest for another occasion or dish.
In a bowl place the flour, baking powder, salt and pepper. Mix well and pass the onion rings through it, then remove the excess flour by shaking a little.
To the mixture of flour, salt and pepper add the milk and the egg and stir very well until there are no lumps.
Now pass the onion rings through the liquid mixture and then through the breadcrumbs.
At the end you should fry them in a pan with previously heated oil. Stay tuned so that they do not burn and then drain the oil with absorbent paper and serve them with a delicious tomato sauce.
