This was made with carrots, onions, garlic, green peppers, celery, chorizo, and rice sautéed in butter, then cooked with white wine, tomato paste, and water. While cooking it, I seasoned the dish to taste with salt and pepper, and in the end, I added Parmesan cheese, another pat of butter, and then I let the dish rest.
