That water was at Bohol island in Philippines, very famous diving site.
Ohh.. Philippines will be added to my travel list now.. maybe in a couple of years will visit it, and will be blessed to meet you there.. hopefully!
Once finished my business trip here in china i will be bohol again but that will be my last visit, already 200 diving done at there.
Ohhh! Maybe some other place then...
Strongly recommend to getting license first, Maldive-near by your place will be best 🙂
