Anxiety - Negative Emotions and Thoughts

We all probably have those days and moments, when something just isn't right inside us. The way we perceive the world and people around us, seems like is trying to eat us or defeat us, so we will suffer and fail miserably. It is definite, that we all translate anxiety in different ways, however it is not a good idea to describe it more in detail, it is better to know the solution for this.

I myself was going through this type of experiences, hence a lot of ghe music I created mirrored what I was going through at the time and/or I remember what I have been going through back in the days, and so later I have inspired to make music, on the image of my previous feelings. Thankfully, I learnt to handle it myself, and with some help of others and the knowledge provided by them.

There are few best ways to deal with anxiety, negative emotions and thoughts. Some are working on a short term, others a longer term, but most of all - I tested them myself, understood why they work and how.

1. Eating properly:

This is a longer term medicine for anxiety, and food can be medicine,as long as it is well constructed and designed, because what you eat is who you are. My father actually made me realize this even mor. Thanks to his own research and experience within gastronomy and sports, he managed to understand the so called "Biochemistry", which basically is how spices and food interact separately and with each other, and how it effects the body, mind and the invisible world (which also includes Karma).

Then, it is important what you eat, and those with anxiety, have a specific type of mind, which processes everything quickly, in high quantity, to a level of when the mind might get overwhelmed and the body, which is built thanks to eaten nutritions, the body could not enough proteins and minerals to process all of the mind produces. That is why it is more likely to fall into the depression, when you anxieties. And that is a moment of crisis, from which it is hard to get from.

2. Working out:

While the mind needs the body to have all the needed substances, it is easy to gain weight. Not only working out, building your body, is good to get in shape, but also it helps mind to focus on simple movements, and to exercise other muscles, which will help in the thinking processes.

It lets you inhale and exhale, to bring more oxygen to your organisms, and your brain. Then it feels like being high, like on canabis :) That is why working out in the outdoors is the best way.

3. Giving yourself a Challenge:

For a person with anxiety, normal things others do, which are related to routine, simplicity and basic life goals, it is too easy and boring. That is why they fall into negativity inside their minds, while the society and the system demands from them to comply, but they can't. So, if you are a person with anxieties, negative emotions and thoughts, give yourself a agoal in life, a challenge that will provide excitement, inspiration, and maybe even love. But, be careful not to become Hitler or a psycho killer :)

You are too intelligent for this world, so show them how it could be done better, but in a peaceful and goodl-loving manner. Or be an asshole, and the society will deal with you in the mean time. :P

4. Create and Pro-Create:

Don't know about you all, but I know there is higher power, who also created life. Without this in mind, we would be just savages, and eating each other. And as we are created on the image, we are also creators, almost your creativity flow. Create music, art, poetry, build better houses, plant tree and create life for it to exist on its own terms, just like we have been given a free will and a choice.

5. Listening to Music:

This sort of media is well known for short term anxiety and stress relief, that is why it is so easy to acquire music through many sources on your smartphone, tablet, laptop, CD, internet, etc. It is a part of the capitalisation of human psyche, that was implemented into the western society via past philosophies and research, which have been focusing on Human individuality, instead of the people within the society ( example - communism, socialism ). This way, throughout the decades, they managed to monopolize music, as a sort of therapy to the masses, who will continue their doings, as a mission invest their lives into the common causes because hey - they listen to the same words spoken in the music ;)

However, there are musical ways of doing it less dark, and more natural.

6. Other ways:

Movies - will let you forget about reality for a short term.
Sex - sort of exercise but lasting for a moment. Even if it's intense.
Drugs - temporary and it gets worse later.
Sadomasochizm - you might get addicted and do it for the rest of your life as a loser.
