Antminer D3 Biggest Tech Scam Ever?

A business partner and I were very excited to see the ROI on the D3 units back in August of this year. After a lot of failed attempts to purchase due to Bitmain’s website crashing we finally got through and placed an order for 39 D3 units. This order was paid in full 09/05/17. Now that the difficulty of Dash is 35-40mil the ROI is gone. Our D3 units haven’t even left the factory and are already obsolete. Bitmain has declined to comment on any customer inquiries at all. The message boards are full of customer complaints and support issues that go unanswered. Bitmain’s website says no refunds no cancellations but how can they hold to this policy while shipping out useless equipment to folks that waited months for delivery? I hope someone finds a way to sue these scammers back to the Stone Age.
