It's not 100% identical, but many things like, obviously, facial features, or minor things like hair style (notch in top-right) are very similar. The ornaments on the blouse (or whatever it is called) are almost the same (like those circular dream-catcher ones), the 'wavy' W-like line on the neck.. Even if curly-xu has fully drawn it himself, it's clearly a derived work.
