Individuality may be our biggest weakness

There's a lot of interesting topics to talk about in this video but the center topic is about how a thing can be more than the sum of its parts.

Then it's said that society is more than humans as individuals, I believe that this is just partially correct because indeed society is more than the sum is humans but at the same time, I am sure that this is not the best form of the bigger thing. It's evident that society is malfunctioning as thousands of people are dying from hunger while others could literally spend 1 million of dollars a day for the rest of their life ( see forbes). Even more, people with all basic necessities covered are more depressed than ever. Also, the climate change is probably our fault (there is a big debate about this one).

We need to understand that we are one with the Earth, we are just a part of a bigger living thing and that is the Earth. Think about animals and plants as cells and you will see this clearly. At the end what is you?

Right now we are the nervous system of the Earth and we are destroying ourselves. The Earth has an autoimmune disease and again it's our fault.
