Sage Mode

Sage Mode is taught to humans by special creatures that inhabit the world that gather chakra from nature. Sage Mode doesn’t require a chakra network and is 100% depended on nature. The ones to have used Sage mode in Boruto Naruto Next Generations is Naruto Uzumaki, and Mitsuki. Naruto used it to sense the chakra and presence of the Nue. Mitsuki used Sage Mode against Shino during the Genin Graduation Exams. Mitsuki will also use Sage Mode soon in the series again where we can see his full form

Byakugan

The Byakugan is a dojutsu handed down from the Otsutsuki Clan. From Kaguya Otsutsuki, to Hamura Otsutsuki, and then passed down to the inheritors, or otherwise known as the Hyuga clan. The Byakugan has been showcased and discussed amongst characters in Boruto Naruto Next Generations. Hiashi Hyuga, Hanabi Hyuga, Hinata Uzumaki, and Himawari Uzumaki all possess and have showcased their Byakugan.

Wood Style Chakra Nature

The wood style chakra nature (release) is a special type of chakra nature that is only known by Hashirama Senju. However his cells were stolen and tampered with by Madara Uchiha, Orochimaru, and Danzou Shimura. In Boruto Naruto Next Generations, Sumire or the Nue was capable of using the wood style jutsu as they left it behind when taking chakra from people. This was investigated by Sai when Naruto was trying to figure out the culprit behind the attacks in the first arc of the series.

Sharingan

The Sharingan has been one of the most developed powers in the series of Naruto and Naruto Shippuden. The Sharingan is a dojutsu descended from the Otsutsuki Clan as well. The Sharingan was first awakened by Hagoromo Otsutsuki, and then inherited by the Uchiha Clan. The Sharingan is mainly showcased in Boruto Naruto Next Generations by only a few Uchiha. The two main ones are Sasuke and Sarada Uchiha (because they are the only remaining Uchiha left), however there was the Naruto Gaiden arc which introduced Shin Uchiha and his clones. The Sharingan can copy Ninjutsu, Taijutsu, and Genjutsu

Summoning Jutsu

The Summoning jutsu can be one of the most powerful jutsu a ninja can have in their arsenal depending on the animal in which you choose to summon with (by signing the contract). In Boruto Naruto Next Generations, the students were taught the summoning jutsu in the academy before they were even Genin. Sumire was shown to summon the Nue.

Jougan

The Jougan (which has still not yet to be confirmed as Boruto’s dojutsu name), is the named reference in accordance to Boruto’s eye jutsu. The name came from Toneri Otsutsuki and ever since the community has nicknamed Boruto’s eye the Jougan. The Jougan can so far see the chakra network, see evil auras, and open space-time dimensional portals to another dimension.

Eight Gates

The eight gates was introduced in Naruto and in the Boruto series it has been seen very shortly during the first arc by Metal Lee. Metal Lee in the datebook was confirmed of already being able to open the gates before becoming a Genin. Metal Lee first showed this power whenever the Nue took control of him and awakened the third gate against Boruto, Shikadai, and Inojin.

Kyuubi Chakra Mode

Kyuubi Chakra Mode is only a technique that Naruto knows currently in the Boruto series. It is because only someone who possesses the Nine Tails (Kurama) can access this mode after having mastered the chakra. Naruto showcased this mode during the Nue arc and the Naruto Gaiden arc against Shin Uchiha.

Rinnegan

The Rinnegan is also an original Dojutsu inherited from the Otsutsuki Clan. It is unknown if the Otsutsuki Clan members all have a Rinnegan, however we do know that Kaguya had it, Kinshiki had it, and Momoshiki had it. It was later inherited by Hagoromo Otsutsuki, then awakened by Madara Uchiha.

Mangekyo Sharingan

The Mangekyo Sharingan can only be awakened by certain members of the clan. This variation of the Sharingan allows the user to use certainly forbidden jutsu that the regular Sharingan cannot do. The people to have used a Mangekyo Sharingan in the series are Sasuke and Shin Uchiha. Kishimoto even had drew a picture of Sarada with a Mangekyo Sharingan pattern.
