that's the problem that steemit is not steem ! We are fighting for steem blockchain where we have other applications. All other applications are still in steem and even steemit now, I don't know what will happen in the future, but big drama is happening !

It will be a big loss for them, but I think maybe they are working with compititors to destroy everything here. I mean they want only to control everything and maybe invite new community and get rid of us the old and the original community of steem. But, I don't think they will be able to do that. Steem is hard to kill.
